WE PROMISE EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

As part of the GUSHing experience, we want to make it easy and convenient for you to buy shoes online. Size issues, Fit issues, Style issues, we'll take care of it all.

Don't worry you won't be stuck with the wrong pair of shoes!

We most happily exchange shoes that come back to us in an unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging.

An additional charge for return pickup will be borne by the client at Flat fee of Rs.100

All you need to do is inform us within 14 days of receiving your shoes.

Exchange is offered only as a size replacement, a remake or a credit note.

We do not issue Refunds.

Shoes that are purchased in sale can not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on custom and International orders.

All our products are handcrafted and there could be minor discrepancies in fittings. Hence, no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible, although please note, colors available at the store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.

*During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else you will be notified.
